Hi, I’m Wil Watts — a freelance events professional supporting agencies, brands, and direct clients across the UK and internationally. Creative, organised, and people-focused, I’m passionate about producing brilliant delegate experiences from the moment they receive their first email to the moment they head home.
After more than two decades working across conferences, exhibitions, off-sites, workshops, award dinners, and private celebrations, I’ve learned that the secret to a great event isn’t just the venue or décor, it’s how people feel throughout the journey.
That’s why I specialise in delegate management. I make sure attendees are informed, supported, and welcomed, building event websites and registration systems, managing travel and accommodation logistics, coordinating communication plans, overseeing onsite check-in, and handling all the small details that make the experience feel effortless.
